Job summary

Sequim Bay Post Acute is seeking a Rehab Tech (CNA required) to support our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams. You’ll help residents attend sessions, set up treatment areas, and assist with scheduling and documentation.

Based in Sequim, WA, this role offers a daytime rhythm and a team-focused environment with opportunities to learn from licensed clinicians. A CNA license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license valid in Washington State (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, documentation).
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Prior rehab, SNF, or patient care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from therapy sessions.
• Help set up residents for treatment as directed by licensed therapy staff.
• Support smooth transitions between sessions and coordinate logistics for group therapy.
• Prepare treatment areas and supplies, and clean/sanitize equipment per infection control standards.
• Monitor gym organization, restock supplies, and flag damaged or missing equipment.
• Assist with scheduling coordination, tracking logs, and routine paperwork.
• Communicate resident availability to the therapy team.
• Work closely with PT/OT/SLP staff, nursing, and front-line facility staff.

Be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps therapy running smoothly. As a Rehab Tech at Sequim Bay Post Acute, you'll support our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams — helping residents get to sessions on time, get set up safely, and get the most out of every visit. It's a great fit for a CNA who wants hands-on healthcare work with a more predictable, therapy-focused pace.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport residents to and from therapy sessions
• Help set up residents for treatment as directed by licensed therapy staff

What You'll Need
