• Document and report patient responses and changes in medical status to supervising therapist.
• Handle clerical tasks: data entry, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with infection control and OSHA standards.
• Support a positive, cooperative work environment and provide excellent patient service.
