Job summary

Lakeshore Village Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a non-clinical rehab support aide to help streamline therapy services. You will assist in setup for physical, occupational, and speech therapy, transport patients, and coordinate with therapy staff to support treatment goals.

Ideal candidates maintain infection control practices, handle logs and supplies, and communicate with therapists and supervisors. This role emphasizes patient safety, confidentiality, and teamwork in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and performs setup for physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments.
• Maintains a safe treatment environment following infection control, safety, and equipment maintenance protocols.
• Transports, transfers, and prepares patients and equipment as directed by therapists.
• Accurately completes and submits logs and other forms as directed by supervisor.
• Monitors and orders office and clinical supplies as needed.
• Attends team meetings and rehab training programs as directed by supervisor.
• Maintains confidentiality of patients' information as well as company information.
• Adheres to company dress code for assigned facilities and work environment.
• Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff, and professional colleagues.
