Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Rehab Aide to support licensed therapists in providing rehabilitation care. You will prepare treatment areas, assist patients with exercises and mobility, manage equipment, and maintain a safe, organized clinical environment under supervision.

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail help you proactively support patient progress and therapist needs within the rehab setting.

Qualifications

• One year of related work experience demonstrating attainment of requisite job knowledge/abilities.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and assist patients with exercises and mobility.
• Manage equipment and maintain a safe, organized clinical environment as delegated.
• Perform clinic maintenance and infection control tasks, keep tools and equipment clean and ready for use.
• Assist with general organizational tasks for patient care and clinical coordination.
• Replenish supplies and materials for assigned areas.
• Assist with direct patient care under supervision of a licensed therapist.
