Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Rehab Tech/Admin Specialist to support therapists and manage clerical tasks within Rehabilitation Services, including patient check-in and information flow. This non-licensed role will assist with equipment maintenance, scheduling, and billing-related tasks while ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, BLS certification, and healthcare exposure; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and bilingual abilities

The Rehab Tech/Admin Specialist is a non‑licensed staff member who assists the professional staff with patient care as defined by those activities that do not require the clinical decision making of a therapist. This staff member assists the business office with clerical and maintenance duties and selected tasks related to the operation of the rehabilitation services department.
