Job summary

Harris Health is seeking a Rehab Services & Child Life operations supervisor to oversee daily functions within the Rehab division. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, productivity, and adherence to service standards in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in PT/OT/SP or Audiology with Texas licensure and at least 4 years of clinical experience. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred to serve a diverse patient population.

Assumes leadership responsibility for the area though goal setting and achievement. Demonstrates competence to adapt work and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degrees: Bachelor's Degree in PT, OT, SP or Audiology.

Licenses & Certifications

• Texas licensure in Physical, Occupational or Speech & Hearing/Communication Sciences.

Work Experience

• Four (4) years clinical experience in OT, PT or SP & Audiology

Language Skills

• Bilingual Skills in Spanish preferred:
