Harris Health is seeking a Rehab Services & Child Life operations supervisor to oversee daily functions within the Rehab division. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, productivity, and adherence to service standards in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in PT/OT/SP or Audiology with Texas licensure and at least 4 years of clinical experience. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred to serve a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, SP or Audiology.
• Texas licensure in Physical, Occupational or Speech & Hearing/Communication Sciences.
• Four (4) years clinical experience in OT, PT or SP & Audiology
• Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
• Proficiencies: MS Word, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Rehab Services & Child Life division.
• Assumes leadership responsibility for staffing, scheduling, and productivity as delegated by Rehab Manager/Director.
• Demonstrates competence to adapt work and customer service.
