Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking a Rehab Manager to lead daily operations of inpatient and outpatient therapies under the Director of Therapies. You will oversee staffing, training, and mandatory in-services to ensure compliant, high-quality patient care.

Collaborate with senior leadership and medical staff to meet quality and budget targets while maintaining safety and accreditation readiness. Leadership experience and a Bachelor’s in a related field are required.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Speech, Occupational, or Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of IP and OP therapies departments under the Director of Therapies.
• Oversee staffing, orientation, training, and educational in-services for staff.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and safety programs are in place and updated.
• Collaborate with senior management and medical staff to meet quality and budget goals.
