Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse for rehabilitation services in a hospital setting. The role involves supporting patients’ adaptation to an alternative lifestyle and delivering therapeutic care in inpatient and outpatient environments.

You will design and implement nursing-based treatment plans aimed at improving physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being, with emphasis on self-care and recovery in acute and subacute care settings and with a minimum of 6 months RN

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• RN Colorado DORA or Multi-State license.
• Associate degree or RN diploma.
• RN experience of 6 months minimum; rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in adapting to an alternative lifestyle while providing a therapeutic environment for development.
• Design and implement treatment strategies based on nursing theory to promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.
• Work in inpatient and outpatient settings, including acute and subacute care.
