Responsibilities

• Manages hiring, training, assigning work and evaluating staff.
• Develops and adheres to department budgets and staffing plans.
• Directs delivery of outcome-oriented patient care in a safe environment.
• Plans and supervises clinical aspects of PT/OT/SLP therapies.
• Ensures proper documentation is maintained within required timeframes.
