Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a Rehab Supervisor role at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital in Valley Park, Missouri. The supervisor coordinates daily acute care PT/OT/SLP operations and staffing, acting as the main liaison for therapists, patients and families in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with responsibilities covering clinical leadership, policy implementation, and staff development; Bachelor’s in healthcare required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required.
• 2-5 years of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Current RN license or eligibility in Missouri.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, assign work, and evaluate staff to meet department goals.
• Develop and manage staffing budgets and departmental revenue/expenses.
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
