Job summary

The Gardens at Aldersgate is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation Services to plan, administer, and direct rehabilitation programs including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. You will oversee clinical management, ensure quality care, and collaborate with facility leadership to foster a supportive culture.

They will manage staffing, documentation, and compliance; maintain a clinical caseload; and report to the Regional Director of Therapy.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PT/PTA, OT/COTA, or SLP.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility management preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Rehab Department workflow.
• Leads therapy staff and directs clinical care.
• Ensures billing and documentation accuracy.
• Manages staffing, recruitment, orientation and engagement.
• Cares for patient caseload and treatment planning.
• Collaborates with facility leadership to drive clinical excellence and culture.
• Schedules residents for therapy considering hours and resources.
• Develops and evaluates in-house therapy programs and equipment.
• Completes forms timely per policy and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
