Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for a CCRC setting. You will lead the rehabilitation department, ensure clinical quality, manage documentation and billing, and drive growth across the community while maintaining patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Maintain a current license in the state of practice (PT/PTA/OT/SLP).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; 3 years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality, service excellence, and financial/operational viability of the rehab program.
• Ensure client and company expectations are met and documentation/billing is accurate.
• Identify growth opportunities across the CCRC community and evaluate programs.
• Lead and develop the rehab team with autonomy and corporate support.

• Overall clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, financial and operational viability of rehabilitation program
• Ensure client and company expectations are met
• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor appropriate provision, documentation, billing of clinical services and customer relations.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities across the CCRC community and evaluate effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.
