Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for Clarewood House in Houston, TX. This full-time role leads the rehabilitation department across a diverse continuum including CCRC, SNF, and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include ensuring high clinical quality, program growth, and operational oversight. A licensed professional with management experience and CDA or commitment to credentialing is preferred. Salaried with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license in the state of practice (PT/OT/SLP).
• Minimum 1 year as a treating therapist; 3+ years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
• Currently CDA credential or ability to obtain within six months.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six months.
