Job summary

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, seeks a Director of Rehabilitation for our Metropolis, IL program. You will lead clinical quality, service delivery, and program growth across the rehab team in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, operational oversight, and ensuring high-quality patient care while aligning with corporate support and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Current license in the state of practice (PT/PTA, OT/OTA, or SLP).
• Minimum 5 years as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; 3+ years in management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of therapy management experience.
• Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality, service excellence, and financial/operational viability of rehabilitation program.
• Ensure client and company expectations are met and maintained.
• Plan, develop, implement, monitor provision, documentation, billing of services and customer relations.
• Identify growth opportunities across the community and evaluate program effectiveness.

As a Director of Rehab for CCRC you will be responsible for:

• Overall clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, financial and operational viability of rehabilitation program
• Ensure client and company expectations are met
• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor appropriate provision, documentation, billing of clinical services and customer relations.
• Identify and implement growth opportunities across the CCRC community and evaluate effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Minimum 5 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; minimum 3 years of experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 year of therapy management experience.
• Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months.
