Lourdes Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Rehabilitation unit in Pasco, WA. This full-time night-shift role involves coordinating patient care on the Rehab Unit and delivering comprehensive nursing support in a union hospital setting.

The position requires an RN license in Washington (or Compact with WA endorsement) and ADN, with BSN preferred. BCLS mandatory; ACLS/PALS and other certifications encouraged. 12-hour shifts, weekends rotation, robust benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Acute Care nursing required.
• Current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred; BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of patient care for the Rehab Unit and communicate with nursing administration.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for age-specific populations.
• Ensure quality of care by aligning with state nursing board standards.
