Job summary

Lourdes Health seeks an experienced RN for its Emergency Department in Pasco, WA. The role features 12-hour evening shifts (3p-3a) in a Level IV Trauma Center with a 9-bed unit and supportive teams. RN licensure with a BSN or ADN is required, plus ACLS/BCLS/PALS and NIHSS within 90 days.

1–3 years ED experience preferred. Compensation includes a $42.14–$78.11 hourly wage, a $10,000–$20,000 commitment incentive, and a shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license and a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS; NIHSS within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 years of RN Emergency Department experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to the care team and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinates patient care with transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Provides education tailored to age, culture, and condition.
