Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas or eligible for licensure.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• Associate degree in nursing to be completed within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition at admission and during each shift.
• Identify safety risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Teach patients and families about care plans and follow-ups.
• Coordinate care with medical providers and the care team.
• Lead care team with delegation as appropriate.
• Contribute to quality improvements and outcome measures.
