Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe in Conroe, TX invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Rehab team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and safety.

The RN will use established nursing models, educate patients and families, monitor pain and vital signs, and ensure documentation is thorough and timely. Our organization champions safety, compassion, and exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• RN – Registered Nurse license/registration.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or obtained within 30 days of start date.
• 1 year of acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assess patient condition and safety; document care in medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Provide leadership and oversight to care team as appropriate.
• Support recovery with evidence-based practices and continuous improvement.
