Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit to support patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, trauma, and other complex medical diagnoses.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to advance individualized rehabilitation goals, educate patients and families, and promote safety and quality outcomes in a nationally recognized rehabilitation program.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain Florida licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous acute care, medical-surgical, neuro, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Passion for teamwork and patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, you will:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, trauma, and other complex medical diagnoses.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists.
