Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state where currently practicing.
• 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care: assess needs, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and develop care plans with the team.
• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff: assign tasks, provide feedback, ensure policy adherence.
