Exalt Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead a team of RNs and LPNs in delivering high-quality rehabilitation care. The role focuses on direct patient care, staff development, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, promote patient-centered care, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes for stroke, orthopedic, and neurological patients.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required.

• Providing direct patient care: assess needs, administer medications, monitor vitals, collaborate on care plans.
• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff: assign tasks, provide feedback, ensure policy adherence.
