Job summary

Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso is seeking an Inpatient Rehab LVN/LPN to support patients recovering from illness, injury or extended hospital stays. You will collaborate with a diverse care team to promote mobility, independence and safe discharge planning.

You will administer medications, monitor responses, assist with ADLs and document progress to guide care planning. This role offers a stable hospital environment with opportunities to impact patient outcomes and grow within the

Qualifications

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate.
No Travel Required.
No experience Required.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments, monitoring responses and reporting changes promptly.
Assist with mobility, transfers and activities of daily living to support therapy goals.
Monitor vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly.
Document progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination.
Educate and support patients and families about recovery milestones, safety and self-care techniques.
Work closely with nurses, therapists and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care.
