Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of El Paso is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide nursing care under an RN on the unit, including data gathering, carrying out orders, and therapeutic procedures for patients in a med-surgical setting.

The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and ideally 1 year of inpatient experience. We support growth and offer comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides.
BLS certification required (AHA-approved within 90 days of employment).
Current IV certification within 90 days of employment if state regulations require.
One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under an RN on the nursing unit.
Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures for patients.
Ensure care aligns with policies and guidelines and is appropriate for the patient population.
