Sentara Rehab Acute and Post Acute in Virginia Beach is hiring an Education Specialist for Rehabilitation. The role designs, delivers, and manages comprehensive training programs to onboard new employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to integrate and perform effectively.

The candidate will support Sentara Health’s rehabilitation services, require a Master’s degree in a clinical therapy discipline, and hold a BLS certification with relevant licensure as SLP/PT/OT in the states

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a clinical therapy discipline (Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy) required.
• BLS – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
• 2 years of Speech Language Pathology or Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy experience (Required)

• Ensure that new hires are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to integrate and perform effectively.
