Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days for Clinical Exercise Specialist in Pulmonary/Cardiology departments.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and updates the exercise program to address clients' needs; supervises daily exercise sessions with safety.
• Provides instruction to clients and families through standardized programs and individualized training; supports health education needs of the center.
• Supports therapists/providers in delivering effective treatment plans and documents patient responses to treatment.
• Completes other clinical duties as assigned; demonstrates ability to enhance services.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Required) Exercise Science, Health Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Recreational Therapy, Physical Education.

BLS within 90 days for hire.

ACLS within 90 days for Clinical Exercise Specialist in Pulmonary/Cardiology Departments.
