RehabVisions in Willmar, Minnesota is seeking a Rehab Director/Clinic Manager to oversee the rehabilitation department. The role administers department policies, develops therapy programs, manages staffing and performs evaluations.

It also prepares reports and coordinates with physicians, staff and families to deliver integrated services. The position requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams (PT, OT, OTA) in a skilled nursing setting with strong budgeting, compliance and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT).
• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Associate in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Five years of discipline-specific therapy experience; director/manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation department/clinic operations and administer policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations and scheduling to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and monitor therapy services programs, budgets and quality reporting.
• Complete required reports and ensure compliance with state and RehabVisions guidelines.
• Coordinate training, meetings and in-services for staff and students.
• Assist with billing/authorization processes and insure timely documentation.
