The successful candidate will manage staff, productivity, budgeting, and quality initiatives, while fostering a supportive environment and delivering evidence-based care across PT, OT, and OTA disciplines.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in PT, OT, or OTA.
• Five+ years of clinical therapy experience.
• Leadership or management experience in rehabilitation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary therapy teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate therapy staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity.
• Develop and oversee department budgets and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure documentation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee therapy documentation and audits.
• Identify opportunities to grow therapy services.
• Provide direct patient evaluations and treatment within your licensed discipline.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and clinical best practices.
• Assist with insurance authorizations and reimbursement processes.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and department inventory.
• Lead staff meetings and ongoing training initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and leadership.

Director of Rehabilitation

Location: Willmar, MN
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $40-$48/hour

Qualifications

Education

One of the following is required:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Occupational Therapy
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant

Current state licensure in the applicable discipline is required.

Experience

• Five or more years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Previous rehabilitation leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary therapy teams is highly desirable.
