Job summary

RehabVisions, a rehab therapy provider, is seeking a dedicated Rehab Director for a full‑time, on‑site role in Willmar, Minnesota. You will oversee the rehabilitation department/clinic, manage staff, budget and programs, and ensure quality and compliance across all therapy services.

The ideal candidate has five or more years in therapy with director/manager experience, multi‑discipline leadership, and advanced degrees in PT or OT, ready to drive productivity and patient care in a SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Five years of discipline-specific therapy experience, including director/manager experience
• Experience in managing multi‑discipline departments/clinics or exposure to therapy services beyond primary field of experience

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, supervision and evaluation of staff to ensure appropriate staffing levels and staff mix.
• Manage department/clinic budget to expectations.
• Develop and document quality reporting/quality assurance records.
• Complete RehabVisions and facility-specific reports as required.
• Develop treatment protocols using evidence-based guidelines and patient-specific goals.
• Oversee scheduling of therapists and patients to maximum efficiencies.
• Maintain rapport and positive working relationships with administrators, staff, patients and families.
• Comply with RehabVisions policies and procedures.

Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy
