Job summary

RehabVisions, a rehab therapy provider, seeks a Rehab Director/Team Lead in Williston, North Dakota (35 hours per week). The role oversees the rehabilitation department, staff development, budgeting, and program development in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Qualifications

• Requires ND state licensure eligibility or possession.
• Five years of discipline-specific therapy experience preferred, including director/manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, budgeting and program development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate therapy documentation and reports.
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Engage with physicians, patients and families to coordinate care.
