Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role in Willmar, MN. You will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services across multiple facilities.

Must hold an active Minnesota license (OT/OTA/PT) with an accredited degree and prior SNF leadership experience. Expect 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling, and benefits with sign-on or student loan support as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minnesota license as OT, OTA, or PT with active status.
• Graduate of an accredited OT/PT program.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing therapy teams.
• Ability to meet 70–75% productivity while providing clinical oversight.
• Flexibility to meet facility needs.
• Pass background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Eligible for sign-on bonus or student loan assistance.
