Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role in Willmar, MN. You will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services across multiple facilities.

Must hold an active Minnesota license (OT/OTA/PT) with an accredited degree and prior SNF leadership experience. Expect 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling, and benefits with sign-on or student loan support as applicable.

Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA), or Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Minnesota. Active state license required to start.
• Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related allied health field.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience overseeing therapy teams and coordinating clinical services.
• Experience with productivity expectations and treating leadership roles; ability to meet approximately 70–75% productivity while providing clinical oversight.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet facility needs.
• Eligible candidates must be able to pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements.
• Client-specific opportunities: eligible for sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, or a combination.
• Sign-on bonus available or student loan assistance, or combination of both as applicable.
• Full-time employment (40 hours per week).
