Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a clinical program leadership role for a facility in the United States. The candidate will serve as the primary Legacy representative, promote policies, and oversee therapy programming and staff coordination in a long-term care setting.

The role requires a PT/OT/SLP background with 3–5 years in LTC, plus licensure in the assigned state. Supervisory experience is preferred. This full-time position emphasizes collaboration with facility staff and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Clinical background as PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Three to five years' experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living.
• Some supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP).
• Licensed and registered (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) in state where assigned.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Legacy representative at the facility.
• Promote Legacy policies and clinical programs.
• Create rapport and positive working relationships with facility personnel and Legacy employees.
• Oversee internal marketing efforts and keep community leaders apprised of Legacy programs and offerings.
• Manage site productivity and make necessary changes to achieve budget.
• Maintain a caseload that assists the rehab department in meeting standards.
• Assess patient needs and develop clinical programs appropriate for the facility census.
• Direct and train others in clinical service delivery across disciplines.
• Coordinate the rehab department daily with facility staff to plan and implement therapy programming.
• Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and share results with the customer.
• Manage staff schedules to meet caseload requirements and use scheduling tools for patient schedules.
• Manage CliniFax and physician signatures on therapy plans of care.
• Maintain team relationships and open communication among rehab staff, facility staff, and Legacy corporate personnel.
• Assist with staff orientation and training to meet company, state, and federal standards.

Requirements

• Clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech Language Pathologies (SLP)
• Three to five years' experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living
• Some prior supervisory experience preferred but not required
• Minimum of a degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP)
• Licensed and registered (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) in state where assigned
