Broad River Rehab seeks a Rehab Director in Carmel, IN to lead daily operations and provide direct clinical care for a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

The RD will oversee staff, coordinate therapy services across modalities (COTA, PTA, OT, PT, SLP) and ensure compliance with licensure and company standards. IN license and leadership capability required.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist: COTA, PTA, OT, PT or SLP.
• IN license required.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.

We currently are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated therapist to serve as Rehab Director for a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Carmel, IN. As an RD you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

Requirements for the Rehab Director

• Licensed therapist: COTA, PTA, OT, PT or SLP
• IN license required.
