Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Rehab Director for Wellmore of Daniel Island, a SNF setting. The leader will manage day-to-day operations and provide direct clinical care as needed to patients.

The role requires prior Rehab Director experience in a skilled nursing facility and active licensure in PT/OT/SLP. It offers full-time employment with a salaried structure and quarterly bonus potential, plus generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed PT/OT/SLP or eligible (PT/OT/SLP).
• Experience overseeing day-to-day operations and direct clinical care.
