Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehab to lead the facility's rehabilitation department in Lecanto, FL. The role requires Florida licensure (PT/OT/SLP) and hands-on SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida state license in good standing as PT, PTA, OTR, COTA or SLP.
• Minimum 2-4 years in a skilled nursing setting; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local rehab regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; team-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Rehabilitation in planning and directing daily rehab operations.
• Supervise therapists and therapy staff across PT, OT, SLP and assistants.
• Ensure services comply with standards, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate on individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and supplies for efficiency.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
• Ensure accurate resident assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment; stay current with industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
