Job summary

Broad River Rehab seeks an Assistant, Director of Rehab to join our Sarasota, Florida Full CCIRC campus on a salaried, full-time basis. The role supports the Director in overseeing therapy services across OT, PT, and PTA/COTA in a Continuing Care Rehab setting.

The ideal candidate will have current state licensure and LTC/ALM experience, with a leadership mindset and strong communication skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure.
• Long Term Care Management & Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) or PTA degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PCC systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality therapy services (OT, PT, PTA/COTA) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting.
• Co-manage department operations and support clinical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to impact residents' lives.
• Collaborate with Director to ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
