Step Up Rehab, LLC, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL, seeks an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to oversee the facility's therapy department and supervise a diverse team of rehab professionals.

Qualifications include a Florida state license and 2-4 years in a skilled nursing setting, with supervisory experience preferred. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, care plan development, and staff mentorship.

• Must possess current Florida state license in good standing with the State Board - PT, PTA, OTR, COTA or SLP.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
• Previous Supervisory or Management experience in a rehabilitation department is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to rehabilitation services in skilled nursing facilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and other relevant software applications.

• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the facility remains compliant and competitive.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.

Assistant Director of Rehab Qualifications:
