Job summary

SEARHC seeks highly qualified Occupational/Physical Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology clinicians to join our Rehabilitation Services clinics in Southeast Alaska. You will perform comprehensive evaluations and implement treatment plans across a broad age range, impacting mobility, cognition and communication.

The role emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, and home exercise programs, with adherence to professional guidelines and clinic-based standards.

Qualifications

• Entry level qualifying master's or doctorate in OT/PT/SLP.
• Current Alaska driver’s license and BLS certification.
• Licensed as OT/PT/SLP and clinical competency within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment/evaluation and formulates therapy plan with goals for OT/PT/SLP Services.
• Attends care conferences and coordinates with referring providers.
• Collaborates with team to arrange equipment and discharge plans; documents findings.
• Provides timely services compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Works with in-patient and out-patient populations and supervises staff.
• Develops and conducts patient education and home exercise programs.

Education

Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Master's/Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology

Licensed OT/PT/SLP

BLS Certification

Clinical Competency within 3 months

Alaska Driver's License
