Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Rehab Clinic Float Assistant to support the Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in multiple Minnesota sites. The role is part-time, with a 70 FTE structure across shifts, requiring travel between Burnsville, Prior Lake, St.

Louis Park, Methodist, Game Face and Minneapolis facilities. The position emphasizes teamwork, independent work, and strong communication while delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced rehab environment.

Qualificações

• Six months experience in a customer service job, or medical related experience in a hospital, rehab, or clinical setting.
• Ability to work independently under supervision of multiple rehabilitation professionals.
• Strong verbal communication, customer relations and listening skills are essential.
• Good telephone etiquette, money handling, and keyboarding skills are needed.
• Must promote and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in providing outstanding patient care and services.
• Perform a variety of clerical and clinical tasks as part of the rehab float rotation.
