Job summary

Advocate Health's Carolinas Rehabilitation Mount Holly unit seeks a Nurse Aide/Healthcare Technician to support patient care under RN supervision. The role requires high school diploma or GED and Nurse Aide I or II credentials with BLS; you will assist with ADLs, vital signs, hygiene, and basic clinical tasks while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as Nurse Aide I or NC Board of Nursing as Nurse Aide II.
• BLS required by policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Take vital signs and measurements.
• Maintain clean and safe patient rooms.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions.
• Assist with clerical tasks and maintaining medical records.
• Perform 12-Lead ECG and venipuncture as trained.
