Advocate Health is hiring for the NorthEast - Nursing: Rehabilitation Unit at 34700 Carolinas Rehabilitation. This is a full-time night shift (hours per week 36), 18:45–07:15, with benefits eligible and a pay range of $19.80-$29.70 per hour.

The Nurse Aide I role supports patients with activities of daily living, takes vital signs, assists with hygiene, feeds and ambulates patients, maintains clean rooms, and may perform ECG and venipuncture under supervision.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required for new hires on or after 7/22/2018.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide I.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
• Nurse Aide I+4 Course required: E-learning and instructor-led skills practice.
• Must be validated twice by an RN on each skill before independent performance.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Take vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feed, ambulate, and assist with safety and mobility.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms; observe changes.
• Perform ECG and venipuncture as trained.
• Assist with clerical tasks and inventory management.
