Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• CNA license preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Completion of orientation and training or demonstrated competency in designated areas.
• Able to move and transfer residents with standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine physical and occupational therapy treatments.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Communicate with facility staff and therapists to schedule treatments.
• Transport, transfer and facilitate patient care as directed by therapists.
• Prepare patient equipment and supplies for treatment.
