Job summary

Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks in Clinton, MD, is hiring a Rehab Aide for a full-time role to support the rehabilitation team and residents daily.

In this hands-on healthcare environment, you will assist with therapy areas, transport residents, sanitize equipment, organize supplies, and provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff, while maintaining a safe, orderly department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Dependable, organized and able to work well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with transporting residents and therapy equipment.
• Healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions.
• Escort and transport residents to and from the rehabilitation department.
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces.
• Help organize supplies and maintain a safe, orderly therapy environment.
• Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff.
• Assist the rehabilitation team with general departmental tasks as needed.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
