Athletico Physical Therapy seeks a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and greet patients, performing administrative and clinical duties in line with state regulations. The role partners with PTs and PTAs during treatment and helps with daily clinic operations.

This part-time position offers bi-annual pay increases and a suite of benefits, with responsibilities ranging from room setup to scheduling support and inventory, while maintaining a patient-centered, compliant practice.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with procedures.
• Safeguards and assists patients performing exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments and modalities such as hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation.
• Cleans and maintains treatment areas and equipment.
• Assists with scheduling, phones, filing, and inventory management.
