Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help prepare equipment in a clinic setting.

This part-time role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and adherence to state practice act requirements while contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; intern preferred.
• Previous rehab aide or clinical aide experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to manage tasks.
• Demonstrates compassion, teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments to apply/remove devices and assist therapists.
• Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients during exercises and functional activities.
• Provide routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling, filing paperwork and charts; help manage supplies.
