Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a frontline support associate at our Warwick, RI location. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm, and the role involves preparing treatment areas, scheduling patient appointments, and checking patients in and out. The position supports the PT/OT team and helps maintain a clean, organized clinical space.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year of orthopedic-related work, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual abilities are a plus."

What You’ll Do

This position prepares patient treatment areas by cleaning and restocking supplies, supports general day to day functions including patient appointment scheduling, and client check in/out.

Qualifications

Required Education And Experience

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• At least one year of orthopedic related work.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Discretion to work with confidential information
• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations
• Pertinent job-related experience and Medical Terminology
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus
• Kinesiology background a plus.
