Job summary

Select Medical in Sunset Hills/Arnold MO is seeking a Rehab Aide to assist therapists in outpatient rehabilitation procedures and to support center operations. This full-time role runs M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with compensation starting at $18 per hour, increasing based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in an OT Assistant program, CPR certification, and state licensure eligibility as a COTA. A Class E license for shuttle operation is required prior to start.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in an OT Assistant program required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a COTA required.
• CPR certification required.
• Class E license for shuttle bus operation before start date.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment.
• Play a significant role in center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a program, OSHA coordinator).
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment.
