Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians in preparing patients for physical therapy and assisting with treatments at our Phoenix clinic. You will greet patients, help with exercises, and handle routine administrative tasks under supervision.

The role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and accurate documentation, with part-time hours and benefits. Prior rehab tech experience is a plus; strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required or equivalent.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for PT treatments and assists with devices.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under supervision.
• Administers routine treatments and modalities.
• Cleans and maintains treatment area and equipment.
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assist with inventory and supplies as needed.
