WH Wheeling Hospital Inc. seeks a Rehabilitation Support Assistant to assist licensed clinicians in physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and to support rehabilitation services and clerical tasks. Requirements include a High School diploma and BLS within 30 days, plus at least two months of hospital experience.

Assists the physical, occupational and speech therapist in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established methods and procedures of the Rehabilitation Services Department and the hospital. Assists with clerical duties of Rehabilitation Services and other assigned supportive tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** :**
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient ranging from pediatric to geriatric.
Maintain established department and hospital policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental, infection and hazardous material control.
Basic Computer Skills/Word & Excel documents/Navigate the organizations EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system
